Dear Del Sur Residents,

Please be advised that the Wade pool side gate has been temporarily closed due to the panic bar being stripped from the gate. The gate has been chain locked and caution taped from the exterior as well as the interior. The gate technician has been given an emergency call out notice and is scheduled to visit and repair the gate this afternoon of 3/20/2024.

Please stay well clear of this area until the gate has been repaired.
