The DRC (Design Review Committee) typically meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. Plans are due no later than noon the FIRST Monday of the month. The next meeting has been rescheduled, which makes the July meeting’s due date Monday June 24^th, 2024, no later than 12:00pm since the next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday July 2^nd, 2024. 

Please note any plans received after Noon on June 24th, 2024, will be reviewed at the August meeting.

 

The Variance request process for minor landscaping changes/ paint changes, etc. is as follows:

You will need to submit the following documents for review by the Design Review Committee.

1. D-2 & D-4 (BE AS DETAILED AS POSSIBLE)
2. Complete plans from the company you are having the work done by.
3. Be sure to add photos/specifications of purposed materials and photos of the current yard/house conditions.
4. Plans should be uploaded on the new resident portal @ Del Sur Community Association Del Sur Community Association (connectresident.com).  You will need to create a resident account.
5. The plans will be reviewed by the Design Review Committee then you will receive a letter stating the approval and conditions of the approval if there are any. You may start the job once you receive written approval.
6. Once the project is completed a D3 is submitted with pictures of the improvements made.
