Pool Heating Schedule

PLEASE NOTE: The pool temperature will be set between 80°-82°. the temperature can and will fluctuate depending on the time of day, the orientation of the pool, and the weather.

Swim Lesson Season

The Swim Lesson Season runs from April 15 - October 15. No lessons are permitted outside of this window.

Board Approved Pools

There are currently seven instructors that have been Board approved to teach lessons in 5 of Del Sur Community Pools. The pools that have been approved for the instructors to teach in are as follows:

  • Beltaire
  • Jaqueline (ONE LANE ONLY)
  • Old Stonefield
  • Reagan Glen
  • Trent

When you book with one of these instructors, please do not forget to fill out the swim lesson waiver and drop it off at the Ranch House or email it to Andrea.Cameron@fsresidential.com or Emily.Crowe@fsresidential.com.  For further details please see the attached swim lesson policy at the top of this page.

Swim Instructor Requirements

Each swim season swim instructors are required to fill out Swim Instructor Registration form and provide Certificates of Liability Insurance naming Del Sur Community Association & FirstService Residential as additionally insured. Once those documents have been turned in they will be given a Swim Instructor ID to keep with them while they conduct lessons.
