PLEASE NOTE: The Ranch House is EXCLUSIVELY for Del Sur residents to reserve.

Ranch House Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm
Ranch House Rental Hours: 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. (This includes set-up and clean-up)
Music must be off no later than 10:00 pm and facility cleaned up no later than 11:00 p.m.

FACILITY PRICING
Pricing includes security for the entirety of the event & janitorial replenishment of restroom supplies.
** You may request early entry into the Ranch House for an additional fee of $100 per hour. If you run past the event time of 11:00 pm an additional fee of $250 will be charged for each hour, or part hour.
Parties (e.g. Birthday, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Reunion, family dinners/ lunches, etc.)
$1500 - Rental Fee (off peak Sept 1 – May 31)
$2000 - (high Peak June 1 – August 31)
$500 - Security Deposit Fee
Wedding/Wedding Receptions: (No weddings Monday – Wednesday.)
$3000 - Rental Fee (off peak Sept 1 – May 31)
$4000 - (high Peak June 1 – August 31)
$500 - Security Deposit Fee
School Events/ Fundraisers:
$550 - Rental Fee
$500 - Security Deposit
Club Events: (I.E. Girl/ Boy scout meetings, book clubs, CPR classes, etc.)
These events are limited to 25 people.

RANCH HOUSE RULES
Please ensure that the following items are abided by. The final inspection needs to be completed no later than 11pm by Security and Del Sur Resident holding the event.
Ranch House Pre-Rental and Post-Rental Checklist
SETTING UP
- Only use outlets designated for Events (Which are located in the exterior closets on both sides of the Ranch House), not doing so will cause the circuit breakers to trip and may cause electrical damage.
- Do not climb on trees to hang decorations, all decorations must be freestanding, and not tied to any structure at the Ranch House.
- All furniture, if moved, must be put back where it was moved from. Please note any damages prior to your event. Any damaged furniture costs will be taken out of your deposit.
- Outside setup cannot start before 12pm, inside setup cannot start before 4pm.
DURING EVENT
- Absolutely NO FIREWORKS or SPARKLERS
- No open flames are allowed, including candles, interior or exterior fireplaces and the flames on the stove top.
- All guests and people in charge of event must follow the directions of the Security Guard, anyone not following the rules may lose their full deposit.
AFTER EVENT
- Please remove all trash and take to the dumpster behind the Ranch House storage shed.
- Return all event trash cans to storage closet.
- Return all the furniture to its original place noted during your contract signing.
- Make sure that all doors and windows are locked.
- Everyone must be out by 11pm, no exceptions.
DAMAGES- PLEASE NOTE, IF THERE ARE ANY DAMAGES CAUSED DURING YOUR EVENT, IT MAY RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT.
