PARK RESERVATION INFO: - Completed applications can be emailed to Gigi.Ochoa@fsresidential.com or dropped off at the Ranch House @ 15455 Paseo Del Sur. 1. Please note that you will need to complete and submit a Park Use Agreement (by downloading the pdf Park Use Agreement - Revised 10-25-16a, along with any other required paperwork before your reservation can be approved. 2. Please also note that if you are using and outside vendor for food, entertainment etc., we will need the vendor's certificate of insurance naming the Association (Del Sur Community Association) as additionally insured, along with a $100.00 security deposit (check made payable to Del Sur Community Association). 3. All reservation paperwork must be submitted at least 7 days prior to an event. 4. Please also be aware that park reservations are limited to a maximum of 4 hours and only the benches and BBQs are reserved. Please do not cordon off any of the park(s) other areas to prevent use by other residents. There is a 30 minute buffer automatically included between reservations for clean/set up. 5. If a party is on a weekend all trash must be disposed of offsite from the park to ensure it is clean for the next party. 6. Effective October 2016 a rental fee of $50 will be charged for each park reservation. RANCH HOUSE RESERVATION INFO: Reservation paperwork will be forwarded to you via separate email.
